30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on damaged or used items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cc@jewelni.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
